BIOGRAPHY
西出真理 /にしでまり/Mari Nishide

オーストラリア・シドニー生まれ。香港、東京育ち。
2歳半よりピアノを始め、幼少期からクラシック音楽を基礎に、劇伴、R&B、ロック、アニソン、ヒップホップ、民族音楽など多様なジャンルに親しむ。
生楽器による繊細なアレンジから、リアルな打ち込みによる音源制作まで、物語性を重視した色彩豊かな音楽づくりに定評がある。
作品ごとに求められる世界観や演出意図を汲み取り、ジャンルにとらわれず音楽性を柔軟に変化させる作風を持つ。
青山学院高等部卒業後、日本大学芸術学部音楽学科作曲コースを経て、同大学大学院芸術学研究科音楽芸術（作曲）専攻修士課程修了。
高校時代にエンニオ・モリコーネの映画音楽に影響を受け、作曲家を志す。大学在学中はクラシックおよび現代音楽の作曲法を学ぶ傍ら、ミュージカル研究会に所属し、オリジナル・ミュージカル作品の作編曲や上演を行う。また、大学時代に『モーツァルト！』を観劇した際に衝撃を受け、ミュージカル作曲という目標に出会う。
卒業後は、舞台・ミュージカル作品の音楽を中心に、映像、TV・ラジオ、ゲーム・アプリなど多様な分野で作編曲活動を展開。ミュージカル俳優・女優のライヴにおけるピアノ伴奏も行う。
近年の主な作曲・編曲作品に、
ミュージカル『武士の献立』（2025）、
ミュージカル『経験済みなキミと、経験ゼロなオレが、お付き合いする話』（2024）、
ミュージカル座『相依為命～あいよっていのちをなす～』（2024）、
ほか多数。
『相依為命～あいよっていのちをなす～』はMusical Awards TOKYO 2024 プレシーズンにてミニシアター賞を受賞した。
また、ゲーム『ときめきメモリアル Girl’s Side 4th Heart』、TVアニメ『東京ガンボ』、ゲームアプリ『カードキャプターさくら リペイントレコード』『メメントモリ』などの音楽制作にも参加。
2025年には東宝主催「Musical Theater Writing Program 2025」に作曲家として選出され、シアタークリエで開催されるSongwriters' SHOWCASEにおいて作品発表を行う。

MARI NISHIDE
A composer specializing in musical theatre and stage productions.
Born in Sydney, Australia, and raised in Hong Kong and Tokyo, began studying piano at the age of two and a half and developed a strong foundation in classical music alongside exposure to a wide range of genres.
Known for creating narrative-driven music that adapts flexibly to each production’s world and directorial vision,from delicate live-instrument arrangements to realistic programmed orchestral sound.
Active primarily in musical theatre, she has composed, arranged, and served as music director for numerous stage productions.
She is particularly experienced in close collaboration with directors, writers, and performers, developing music through dialogue and rehearsal to best serve the story and staging.
In 2025, the musical Ai yotte Inochi wo Nasu, for which she served as composer, arranger, and music director, received the Mini-Theatre Award at the Musical Awards TOKYO 2024 Preseason.
In the same year, she was selected as a composer for TOHO Co., Ltd.’s Musical Theater Writing Program 2025, presenting original work at the Songwriters’ SHOWCASE held at Theatre Création.
She has also contributed music to film, television, anime, and games, bringing a broad musical perspective to her work in theatre.
